Their staff is probably the most friendly of any facility that my mother has been in. They always acknowledge her as we walk past them in the hallways. The facility is top quality and always kept exceedingly clean.
Our experience has been really good. There are no concerns about the care and safety, which is most important. The value is good although there is room to improve meals. The rest is whatever the resident makes of it individually. We picked this community because of the location, reputation, value, care, friendly staff and a beautiful property.

I would recommend it snd feel fortunate they had a spot for my mother in law. We picked this community, because of the availability, location, and cost structure.

Keizer Ridge was a nice place also that I toured. Most all were compatible, it's just so sad and disappointing to see so few residents out and about in the common areas during the day, all the places seem so empty of activity, but maybe that's the norm. The more independent residents probably do more to get out and do activities

Very caring, people oriented staff. They do care about the residents and ensuring they are safe, comfortable and feel at home. They have built a true community with caring staff, outings and activities, special visitors and other events. There is a coffee shop and availability to get a some things from the cafe anytime and a menu of items during meals. They are currently helping me maneuver through some issues with hospice and have even been very helpful with that.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice experience but they were in the process of changing up management so at the time it was just not the correct place for our loved one

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones, and to consider this community. The staff on the first day introduced themselves to my loved one in the dining room. I was impressed because they already knew that my loved one was new in the community. They made sure to keep checking on my loved one to the point my loved one felt they were checking on them too much. We do not have first hand experience with the meals and dining service but from what our loved one says - they are not gourmet but they are high quality and have a wide selection of options. They have had to navigate through the covid restrictions and different lockdowns so the activities have been pretty limited and the residents have not really had that opportunity to get involved with things. However they are starting to open back up so we are hoping the activities do to
