Field Stone gives a good first impression, but is terrible at communication. The front desk staff is nice but we only had the room cleaned once in 4 weeks and we had to pester them to make that happen. They always had an excuse. The menu was cut in half one week into our stay. No welcome. No orientation. No explanation about the restaurant reservation system - initially we just got horrible service. it' has beautiful decorations, great art work, grand piano and fireplace in entrance lobby, seems very welcoming. the beginning it was a great place to live but before long, we realized there is no follow thru, lot's of promises and no action. lacking activities (blamed on Covid of course) one should wonder why many staff have left a new facility. it is my opinion that the main interest is renting the apartments, not the residents. it quickly had a feeling of living in a nursing home, not independent living. we moved out.
