My CPAP machine was just delivered. Carolyn walked me through the technical issues in great detail. She helped me choose and size my mask, and I could not be more pleased with her obvious care and concern for my comfort and confidence with using the machine. She is also very knowledgeable with sleep apnea and really helped me understand the condition and benefits of using my new machine. I had an excellent experience with the young lady who came to my home for a CPAP consultation (I do apologize, I forgot her name). They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. They made sure I felt comfortable with the equipment and answered all of my questions with care. The in-home service was convenient, and I really appreciated the personalized approach. Thanks to their professionalism, I’m feeling confident about using my CPAP. Highly recommend!

I had to start using a CPAP machine and was referred to Prism. During the fitting, the technician asked me numerous questions about the mask and then proceeded to provide me with the exact opposite of what we had discussed. Disappointed, I returned to the clinic to have the issue corrected. In addition, I purchased cleaning supplies and a stand. I made the payment on my credit card during my visit.
