Leticia was amazing! She spent a full hour helping me find the right mask and showing me how to use and care for the CPAP machine. She was so kind, patient, warm, friendly and professional. Also, Prism happily accommodated my work schedule. Highly recommend!
My CPAP machine was just delivered. Carolyn walked me through the technical issues in great detail. She helped me choose and size my mask, and I could not be more pleased with her obvious care and concern for my comfort and confidence with using the machine. She is also very knowledgeable with sleep apnea and really helped me understand the condition and benefits of using my new machine. Carolyn did a fantastic job of highlighting all the machines features and benefits. She took the time to make sure I knew how to operate the equipment and make adjustments if needed. Very happy with her knowledge and demonstration.
I highly recommend Prism Health Care. I had a great experience! From the home visit to fit me with the correct cpap machine to Ken helping me at the showroom when I was looking for a travel version. They both were very patient in answering all my questions and were very thorough in offering the various options and providing info regarding pros and cons I may experience, budgetary considerations, and contact info if I have questions on supplies or use.
The basics were fine, although support and attention to detail fell far short. I received the sleep machine and a great demonstration of its use from Tish. At the 30-day point, re-supplies must be ordered, which I did. Nothing happened: no confirmation calls, texts, or emails. I discovered that the (supply) prescription request sent to my Dr for insurance approval was sent to an incorrect fax#. I had to figure out what the holdup was.
