Good luck! Waited over 20 minutes for the service agent while she was literally at lunch - my appointment time meant nothing. Then more time while she was setting up in her office. Then I'm sent the wrong size mask. I filled out their contact info explaining this and asking for a call from a manger. They could not even bother to respond - and still have not. Good luck!

Always interesting when a company only has 4 and 5 star reviews. Sure that all the reviews are posted and some are not deleted? Terrible company.
Their respiratory therapist that came to the home was rude and very impatient. When ordering supplies I get inconsistent information. Twice they have miss billed me and said I had not paid when they had not billed insurance or credited payments I. A timely manner. Most recently supplies were not sent out in a timely manner as they gave incorrect information or had the wrong balance on my bill. I have waited 3 weeks for resupply due to their errors and now they want a late charge. . This company has been a nightmare si... read more

This company charged my insurance company $68.12 PER compression sock. No wonder are medical costs in USA are so HIGH. I will find another company to buy compression socks from than pay PRISM almost $140 for one. pair of compression socks. They should be ashame to rip us off like this!
