She was very friendly,good sense of humor, and answered all my questions. I learned a number of things that I did not know until today such as the settings on my device and the new mask I received.I am going to use the first mask I received if the new mask depending how it works out for me. He was an Exelent rrprrsentative to explain me step by step how to use my cpap equipment and maintain my cpap clean.
My CPAP machine was just delivered. Carolyn walked me through the technical issues in great detail. She helped me choose and size my mask, and I could not be more pleased with her obvious care and concern for my comfort and confidence with using the machine. She is also very knowledgeable with sleep apnea and really helped me understand the condition and benefits of using my new machine. I had a great experience picking up my CPAP machine at Prism Health Care Services. Carlos was the one who helped me, and he was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He walked me through everything step by step: setting up the machine, connecting the app, adjusting the mask for the right fit, and explaining how to use and maintain the equipment. Carlos was awesome! His support was exceptional! He carefully walked me through the updated features on my new CPAP machine, offered me some options for changing my mask type, explain how supplies could be ordered and delivered, and helped me download the app to my phone.
