THE RESUPPLY AGENTS DON'T LISTEN TO THE PATIENTS! THEY PLACE THE ORDERS THEY WANT NOT WHAT THE PATIENTS REQUEST AND NEED! I tried reordering supplies from them after getting my health insurance back, and no matter how many times I’ve called and provided health insurance, it’s still stuck on “order documentation needed”.

Good luck! Waited over 20 minutes for the service agent while she was literally at lunch - my appointment time meant nothing. Then more time while she was setting up in her office. Then I'm sent the wrong size mask. I filled out their contact info explaining this and asking for a call from a manger. They could not even bother to respond - and still have not. Good luck!
