I've been a resident at Alden at Long Grove since May 2024. In that time I have gotten to know a lot of the staff and other residents. My cna's Angel, Kenya, and my nurses Tess and Victoria are great. They treat me with respect and genuinelly care. Any time I had a problem or needed anything my case worker Stefan was there to help me. I am certain that if there were any major issues they would be able to fix them for me. I appreciate you all!! My name is Carol Settlemeyer and I’m currently a resident at Alden of Long Grove. The majority of the staff are very friendly, and if there was an issue of any sort they would find me the right person to go to. My CNA’s Angel, Ino, were amazing and my RN Tanya is very good and is always very attentive. The only reason I have four stars instead of five would be the night agency staff.
