Worst place in LA COUNTY! Do NOT bring your loved ones here. My Dad was held there for months without any DC Plans and was sent back to the hospital without proper paperwork to Re-Generate his Medicare and keep him longer. Management sucks from top to bottom. Admin never there went to speak to him in another nearby facility staff there said his never there either. Will be contacting Lawyer and DHS for fraud/ False Documentation.
The nursing staff Rosalie is very rude, impolite and disrespectful when talking to people and was personally experienced by my wife. She needs to undergo proper training with regards to her customer service skills. The rest, they are very friendly and accommodating especially the receptionist.
I have been a caregiver since 2007. Sadly I have seen my dear ladies leave this earth. I have one wonderful lady for the past 10 years. I have had my ladies in and out of Care Centers and Hospitals. I took care of a dear friend for five years and had him five Care Centers before he went into the VA and past after one week. I recently visited five care facilities in the past few days. Westwood post acute staff are amazing and super accommodating. My grandma only had the best experience with physical therapy and rehab. Adrian gave us the best customer service.
