My husband was at the Des Plaines location and was tossed back to the local hospital for claims that my husband's insurance was not valid. The hospital in turn sent him back and said they couldn't just send him to ER for a medical emergency just because they didn't want to deal with him. I have my mother and Wentworth rehabilitation center. She had been neglected by my father and had a APS case active the facility allow both abusers inside the nursing home, as well as never went by the protocol that was inside my mother’s care plan. The workers are very. They had a social worker that had only been doing a job for two months that violated HIPAA facility has made it so awful and it’s almost impossible to call the national number cause it goes straight to voicemail. Started out really liking it. After changing rooms twice and and a not so nice cna. I changed my thoughts and didn't like the place or food . I also disliked that I was supposed to get help when I was discharged. This never happened and I had to get help and physical therapy on my own. The therapists were all pretty good except one. She upset me with her comments. I also want to thank those not sure if the were Cna's or what.
