We were a little concerned about leaving our Aunt in a facility since all of her relatives were out of state. But after visiting several times and seeing how attentive and caring, not just one particular person, but every last staff member is with every person that enters this facility, I had to tell others. We all want our love ones to feel safe and secure when not with us and San Pablo Healthcare is the absolute best at that! Thank you so much for caring for our Aunt Betty! We love this place.

The staff is very informative and professional. I would have given 5 stars but my brother in law says that they sometimes pass him up when he asks for PB&J’s or tuna sandwiches. He would also appreciate more reading material. Otherwise he says the food is good and he likes the staff. .

This is my second time at San Pablo Healthcare, and I came back for a reason—the care here is truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff, especially Taze, provide exceptional customer service that makes you feel seen and supported. The rehab team is skilled and encouraging, and the nurses are compassionate and attentive. I am the advocate for a woman who is 76 years old. She only just got into this “wellness center” on Saturday afternoon. The next day it took them eight hours to change her soiled diaper. Today it took them 45 minutes to even find a toilet for her when she had to go to the bathroom. Also today it took them four hours to bring her pain pills which I’ve been ordered by the doctor and they never did bring an ice pack. This is one of the best care facilities that I have ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of facilities. Very clean and the service providers are very kind and helpful.
