This is one of the best care facilities that I have ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of facilities. Very clean and the service providers are very kind and helpful.
Staff was so personal and patient with me I came in. The receptionist was kind wasn’t sure how to check in. She took the time to show me exactly what to do and told me where my mom was very helpful. Then I had another visitor. Come to see my mom and the nurse brought My Friend a chair without us even asking Very personable
The staff is very informative and professional. I would have given 5 stars but my brother in law says that they sometimes pass him up when he asks for PB&J’s or tuna sandwiches. He would also appreciate more reading material. Otherwise he says the food is good and he likes the staff. .
This is my second time at San Pablo Healthcare, and I came back for a reason—the care here is truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff, especially Taze, provide exceptional customer service that makes you feel seen and supported. The rehab team is skilled and encouraging, and the nurses are compassionate and attentive. My mom had a really good care in the facility for the time she stayed there. The whole crew, nurses, pt and ot. The food was good. The is a special guy who makes the difference TAZE the customer services. Her roommate Juanita was wonderful!! I just can tell good things about this place.
