I was at the Retirement Ranch for almost 2 weeks for rehab after being in the hospital for 11 days. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful facility! The food was delicuous, and all of the staff were as nice, caring and helpful as could be. *****

My husband was here for 1 week. The Ranch is very eye-appealing. For the most part, his care was excellent. I did have to remind them that his dressing needed to be changed daily. I would rate them 5-stars! Everyone was very attentive. It’s a very clean facility and very accommodating. If you don’t like what they prepare for meals, they will fix you whatever you like. Della, Amanda and Brittany are very good at their professions,

We would like to truly thank the personnel of the Retirement Ranch for their outstanding care, amazing spirit, and endless dedication to caring for our mom, during her stay in their facility. The lives they touch are special to someone though they cannot always see it. Just a smile or the touch of a hand can make a huge difference in a person's recovery. I ended up in The Retirement Ranch in Clovis NM after a back surgery, for a short stay and rehabilitation. The facility is surprisingly nice. It’s kept clean and has none of that “nursing home” smell. They have a large patio area with a nice pond and waterfall. The food is good and plentiful. The Physical Therapy room was well equipped with anything you might imagine, and more. All of that being said the staff is where they shine most. Della Gross and the staff at the Retirement Ranch (“RR”) did an amazing job of taking care of my dad, via keeping him clean, feeding him well, managing his physical therapy. They returned my dad to us in a happier state than when he arrived there. They also did a great job of making me and all the members of my family feel very welcome when we were onsite. I would recommend the RR to anyone in the panhandle looking for a great place to have an elderly member of their family cared for.
