The staff would constantly berate me . The food is unseasoned slop . They got my meds wrong every time . They wouldn’t let me go , even when I told them my decision. I had to get my brother to come and leave with me. I know my rights , but they did everything to keep me a prisoner for the Medicare insurance. Run away if you can !

I came to Villa Mar Vista as a music therapist. I sing and play music with the patients.The staff is friendly and very supportive. I had a great experience and the music therapy session went wonderfully all the patients enjoy singing and listening to music and playing music. We had a joyful and healthy music therapy session.

You need to stay in your room otherwise your items are taken, clothes, hats,books, TV control,pens, pencils, food, and personal care items. Wish I could give a 1/8 rating. Everyone there has a title but it's always "not my job". The ombudsman suck too as does the food. I could go on and no.......RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. REAL TALK!
