My brother has been at this facility for a couple of years. The family and I are very pleased with the cleanliness of his room and the common areas. The office staff, nurses and caretakers are accommodating and very dedicated.
Ignored my Mother when she was there. She told them she was having trouble breathing. They didn’t believe her. She called me at 2am crying hysterically (I still have the voicemail)to inform me. Luckily I was working 3rd shift at the time and called this place to have them check on my mom. I was on my cell with my mom and my work phone with this place. I was greeted by two nurses at the front desk. Immediately felt a warm welcome and they knew exactly where my grandma was!
My brother in-law is at this facility and it looks so much better. My brother-in-law is being taken care of. We met with the assistant head nurse Clarence and he was very informative and respectful. Thank you Clarence.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff works very hard to meet the needs of their patients.
