WOW! I had a great experience with the physical therapy staff at this facility. Connie was really patient at every session, and always spent extra time making sure we were okay. We had all our needs addressed really quickly. once the administrator of the building even came to answer my mom's call light and got her a glass of water. Great service. Thank you to all the staff!
All case managers working at a skilled nursing facility should take lessons from Ivan Reyes!!! Ivan was our family members Case Manager during their stay for rehabilitation. Having had other family members in nursing facilities I’m well aware that very often Case Managers are responsible for over 100 patients. This was rather confusing, because I wanted to review Country Villa Belmont Heights and it kept reverting to another name. I want to recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a compassionate and caring staff to take care of their loved ones. Very friendly environment my grandmother lover the therapy she received Amy and her team were amazing explaining every exercise. The facility overall was clean and well kept. Michelle and Andrew helped with the transition from hospital to facility and always reached out to my family. Highly recommend this facility for rehab and nursing care.
