DO NOT EVER LET A LOVED ONE GO HERE This place is a nightmare. I was sent there to stay while I have Radiation and Chemo. About fifteen minutes after I got the I see a notice that there is a Covid outbreak there City of Long Beach investigating. I got my stuff and went to patio area outside waited there outside overnight to avoid breathing air. Radiation and Chemo make me very easy to get any infections. At 9am I went to my radiation appt. WOW! I had a great experience with the physical therapy staff at this facility. Connie was really patient at every session, and always spent extra time making sure we were okay. We had all our needs addressed really quickly. once the administrator of the building even came to answer my mom's call light and got her a glass of water. Great service. Thank you to all the staff!
This was rather confusing, because I wanted to review Country Villa Belmont Heights and it kept reverting to another name. I want to recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a compassionate and caring staff to take care of their loved ones. I was very impressed with the undivided attention of the staff to every detail in making the residents happy. The nurses really love the residents and are so respectful and intuitive to their needs. All case managers working at a skilled nursing facility should take lessons from Ivan Reyes!!! Ivan was our family members Case Manager during their stay for rehabilitation.
