My Wife has had excellent care while in This facility. The staff has been very attentive to her needs as well as keeping me, her husband, updated daily with her progress. Thanks to the staff. All of them !!
My mother in law broke her hip and dislocated her shoulder. After her three day stay at the hospital she was transferred to CNRC for about three weeks.Everyone was nice and took very good care of her. There was only one person that we requested not be sent to her room because they were to rough when moving/adjusting her, and seemed bothered when she pushed her call button for help. The situation was addressed and corrected immediately and that person was not sent to her room again during her stay 👍. But once again I'd like... read more
Best place ever! The facility is so clean and organized. The CNAs have so much help so patient care is excellent! The staff cares about everyone. Everyone is so nice here.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I had never been there before and appreciated the kindness and helpfulness to get me to the person I went to see. Also it was very clean. A very important aspect for such an environment.
As soon as I encounter with staff I felt the well care my mom is going to receive. I arrived to her room and she was happy and felt welcome. Thank you and staff was very friendly.
