This facility needs to get more credit than 3.9 stars. The staff was amazing! Very nice and caring, and the place is nice and clean. My mother was at the facility for over 2 weeks and we were so pleased with the service we got. Starting with the nurses director, Sian, the nurses, too many to mention, to the CNA's, to the cleaning ladies, and to the great therapists. Such wonderful people. Thank you very much for such great service!
My aunt stayed here for about a month or so. During this time, I observed excellent leadership and great nursing care. Physical therapist was awesome!. The female doctor was awesome too! The team did wonders for my aunt who is now able to walk again. She is so much better than when she was admitted. She was discharged yesterday and now living in the comfort of her own home. My 95 year old Dad was a resident for 7 weeks. The staff are very competent, caring, and attentive. Food was good.
This place is amazing. The director is a hands-on person who checks on every patient. Make sure everyone is working with her doing their job correctly. I am very happy. I’m very glad I have someone there being cared for by a good outfit.
I'm visiting my friend Matthew I know she's established so helpful always asking if I need anything from okay. In his room and they come in and check on him they ask you. If I need anything i Matthew and I have been friends for over 25 years I'm very loyal to my friend and I know that he is being taken care of by the staff of California nursing and rehabilitation I am so thankful that they are there to help Matthew get back on his feet
