So happy I found a place for my loved one that’s attentive to their needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful with any necessities required to help care for them. I don’t know what I would without Alden. I love how much they make residents feel as comfortable as possible and care for them.
My adult disabled sister was cared for by the facility in August 2023 when I had to go out of town. She came back home in the shape I left her. Interaction with the administrators and nurses was good. I was able to share my concerns about leaving my sister at the facility and being far away. But, upon my return all was good. The only thing that happened was some of her missing clothes, but I purchased used items for her to wear while she was there and told the staff to pass them on. I plan to let my sister stay again.
They took very good care of my stepson Anthony Brodian Jr and they transferred him to a more advanced facility when needed to
