Mom just got transferred here and I was worried after seeing reviews. I was 100% pleased today to see the caring, compassionate nurses mom had (especially Rudy), and the amazing social worker Ashley! They both spent time with me and showed how much they care about mom. Facility appeared very well run and clean!

First thing I want to do is give recognition to Paul, Ryan, Maria & Tori in therapy. For the 7 weeks I was here, the therapy department especially brought me along and kept things upbeat and that really helped me stay motivated to continue with my therapy. All employees here are extremely nice. Administrator Sierra was very helpful and anytime I was confused and needed extra help/explination she would make sure I would get that even after my millions of calls to the building the reassurance is phenomenal. This place is a dump. The 3rd shift workers just walk around and talk. If someone needs something they tell them to wait I am helping someone else. Well I guess they have invisible people in the halls. If you love your family DONT LEAVE THEM IN THIS PLACE. Oh contacting the administrator was a waste of time. No I will not contact you privately because we went that route all ready.

Terrible wouldn’t recommend leaving your folks here! Staff is horrible the men staff is fine it is the females omg, lazy, work is half ass 0/0 do not recommend.
