This is a very nice facility, I work with some very good nurses here who take the time to assist when needed, especially when it comes to the residents here, and when it comes to the 2nd floor staff, they are awesome!! I give them also 5 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟.

I am currently a patient here at Alden Lakeland 820 w Lawrence Chicago Illinois... I filed a complaint/grievance form in May Because I was a victim of a crime here at Alden Lakeland I asked in a email to the director of patient abuse Ben which is the director of the facility for a written summary which is the patient right to know what was done about the situation of the staff that victimized me while Breaking the law I asked Ben about the grievance policies that are located in the lobby as you come in the front door he lied... read more

I've had a bad experience at this facility with a staff THANIA ORTIZ forcing me to open my mail A PACKAGE AND TAKING it I email the acting director on the matter and have not received a response on the situation I asked why was I singled out and no one has been able to answer this question or done anything about the situation ... Not to mention this action is illegal ....

Understaff CNA has 18 patients no AC no one answer the call lights for about an hour. Can’t get no water. Patients don’t have no phone in a room. when the staff would just come in and cut the light off and not respond to your issue, why you call?
