My brother had an extended stay there. They are nothing short of spectacular. The nursing staff is phenomenal. Admissions is great. Physical Therapy is great the CNA’s do a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend anyone who has a loved one that needs to be in this type of circumstance to give this place first choice because they are Five stars all the way around
I am very thankful for Alden Northmoor. My uncle was placed at Alden after a fall that caused him to need 24 hours of care because he cannot live on his own anymore. His son passed away and he's wife is no longer around and the ONLY people who are with him the most are the nurses and staff at Alden. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of him. He gets 3 hot meals a day, he's washed, he gets therapy, gets to participate in activities and nurses are very kind to him. He's not the easiest patient to take care of there but... read more
My dad is currently at Alden Northmoor and he is receiving wonderful care. We couldn’t be more pleased with the kind and compassionate staff. The facility is always clean and orderly. Thank you very much Alden for your kindness.
Our mother was in rehab at the Alden of Northmoor for 6 weeks. She had excellent care from the staff everyday, especially the CNA Lucy. She went above and beyond to help our mother. The care she gave her was exceptional. Our mother felt safe and cared for during her whole time there. Thank you to the entire staff. )
I can’t say enough good things about Alden Northmoor. My Morher-in-law spent her last days there. The staff was very compassionate and caring and seemed to know what was needed before our family did. It’s been a couple of months now and we still talk about the outstanding care that was given to her and us!
