Was not impressed with the care my father received or rather didn't receive. The family decided to move him to a different facility. We had heard that rehab facilities receive reimbursement of 100% of their fees from Medicare for the first 20 days, but only 80% for the days after that. We couldn't help but wonder if that influenced administrations planned early discharge date when we felt he wasn't ready AT ALL to be discharged. If I could leave no stars! I would, I would not recommend this place. Horrible management and employees. Run!
We were very disappointed with our 9 months that our mom was in this facility. They let her sleep 23 out of 24 hours of the day per the nurse. The final straw was the day I walked in and found mom covered in dried feces along with her disgusting toilet which was also covered in feces. This was not the first time finding the toilet in that condition. She ate every meal in her room and honestly I really cannot understand how your employees could not smell the disgusting aroma in her room. We could smell it in the hallway.... read more
Food was good as were all the people who work there. However, due to COVID and not being able to visit in the rooms, communication needs to be worked on with the staff. My husband was moved to a different room after the 2 week quarantine. He said he had a different room and I told him he didn't. It would have helped if someone had called me and told me. Also after a 3 week stay, his leg wrap was usually put on upside down.
My grandmother is in the end stage of her life at the alden and may pass any hour. My mom was overwhelmed and upset and my have been a little loud. But that should not give the Manager the right to threatened to call the police on us and not alow us to see are grandmother. The Manger as no Compassion and understand how upsetting is to sit and watch a love one pass. Now we feel uncomfortable
